Why I believe this financial asset class will save us all.
But first, let me introduce myself.
Hello Everyone!
And welcome to the SpicyInvesting newsletter! I'm Davan, and I'm thrilled to be starting this journey with you all.
My fascination with the crypto world began back in 2015, I remember it like it was yesterday. Bitcoin was less than $250 when I first heard about it! It was a fascinating concept that truly opened my eyes to the potential of this revolutionary technology. That said, I didn’t know how to get Bitcoin. Even if I wanted, I couldn’t as the funds were, how you say. “Lacking” at the time.
After some months of trying everything, I downloaded the only wallet at the time, the Bitcoin-Qt wallet and managed to get into a mining pool as my Dell Dimension E521 wasn’t up to the task on its own.
Since then, I've shared your experience in the crypto space among friends, family and anyone who cared to listen. I'm particularly passionate about Defi as I personally think it can be our safe haven from the ups and downs of the centralised monetary systems.
Through this Substack, I hope to bring you educational insights that will help in your decision making process. I believe that my deep knowledge of the space over the years has paid dividends and I'm excited to share my insights and analysis with you.
